ATLANTA, Georgia, Sept. 30, 2020 – Think Realty, an educational platform for real estate investors, hosted its first hybrid event last week, delivering informative and inspirational sessions onsite and in a virtual format. Since its inception, the company has hosted dozens of in-person conferences and expos around the country, typically attracting several hundred real estate investors, lenders, property managers and others interested in real estate.
Event sessions and panels were led by experts in their fields and covered topics relevant for real estate investors of all levels in all markets.
Think Realty was the first company in its sector to host a hybrid event during the COVID-19 pandemic and followed all protocols for safety. The event sold out at maximum capacity under COVID guidelines for live attendees and had an engaged virtual audience as well. Social distancing measures were enforced, allowing education and networking to continue.
“I’m really glad the Think Realty family decided to push through the pandemic. The hybrid model is really awesome. I hope going forward that you all continue to do it. Overall, it has been a great experience,” said Think Realty member and virtual attendee Wilson Flemister, Jr.
Think Realty and the American Association of Private Lenders (AAPL) are owned by entrepreneur Eddie Wilson, an experienced real estate investor and private lender with a track record of successful business ventures and nonprofit organizations worldwide. The two companies are moving forward with a second hybrid event in Baltimore, Maryland, on Oct. 23-25, 2020. AAPL will host its 11th annual conference in Las Vegas on Nov. 15-16, 2020 offering a virtual option as well.
