The BRRR Strategy, with Nate Armstrong

by | Aug 22, 2018 | Podcast

Nate Armstrong grew up in a home that lived a paycheck-to-paycheck lifestyle. When he decided he didn’t want that for himself or his family, he began a career in real estate investing. Part of his success is due to allowing himself to learn from both good experiences and bad. Through tumultuous times, Nate developed personal REI strategies that have proven effective for him, and that he now uses when making important decisions. One of these strategies is the BRRR (or BR³) Strategy—Buy, Rent, Rehab, Resell, which Nate has been using to immense success.

Other topics discussed include the acronym SAFE, why the cost of capital is dropping and what that means for investors, and why the rental market keeps getting stronger.

The Power Play: Abhi and Greg continue the conversation about the BRRR Strategy, and talk about rental-flipping—existing rentals that are immediate money-makers.
