Thought Leader for Financial Change
Sonia Booker is a natural communicator who has become recognized as a thought leader on the topic of wealth building. She focuses on wealth creation and real estate investments. The late Herman J. Russell Sr., construction and real estate icon, mentored her on both topics.
Booker started her entrepreneurial career at the age of 24 as one of the youngest to own an Allstate® Independent Agency, which she later sold at a profit to pursue her real estate passion. At every level of business achievement, she shares her knowledge with others.
She received so many requests for real estate advice that she wrote a step-by-step guide on the topic. “Real Estate & Wealth: Investing in the American Dream” became an Essence Magazine best-seller and elevated her status as a lecturer. It also spurred her to write another book, “Self Wealth for Women,” in 2016. In this book, Booker reveals a blueprint to building wealth and shares her personal journey and stories of women who have chartered their own course towards not only building wealth but also leaving a legacy. She’s now co-authoring “Self Wealth for Men,” which will be available in July 2017.
Building Brands that Leave Legacies
“I started out hosting seminars in my living room,” Booker explains. “Now, I’m part of a grass-roots wealth building movement that has become bigger than me. I’m going to do everything possible to keep it growing.”
As a savvy wealth builder, Booker has become good at taking her own advice and embracing new opportunities to expand her bandwidth. Booker has partnered her Everything Real Estate conference with the Think Realty Expo, which attracts thousands of attendees worldwide. She is planning the launch of a publishing company focused on inspirational content in July 2017. She’s also developing a clothing line geared toward wealth watchers. Booker is continuing talks with television producers about creating a documentary series based on real estate and wealth building stories.
