Chihiro Kurokawa

  • As a Director in ZT Corporate’s Private Equity practice, Chihiro cultivates enduring relationships by aligning investor needs with investment opportunities across ZT’s diverse projects. His journey with ZT Corporate began after a successful career in real estate, where he spearheaded deals from acquisition to disposition. Notably, he facilitated capital formation efforts that resulted in $29 million of acquisitions and nearly 600 multifamily units. Chihiro is also a limited partner across various asset classes, shaping his career through resourcefulness, resilience, and the simplification of operational complexity. Prior to his venture into private equity, Chihiro served as a Business Analytics Manager at Toyota Financial Services. In this role, he applied analytical approaches to enhance loyalty and marketing ROI for both Lexus and Toyota. He also played a pivotal part in establishing marketing infrastructure for Mazda Financial Services. Chihiro holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS from the University of California, Berkeley.
