Think Realty will soon be visible at the head of yet another pack when NASCAR driver Jennifer Jo Cobb hits the racetrack at the end of August. Think Realty parent company Affinity Worldwide recently signed a sponsorship agreement with the motivational figure, and her vehicle and race suit will soon be sporting the Think Realty logo as she speeds around the racetrack at 190 miles-per-hour. Cobb, who competes in the NASCAR Camping World Truck and XFINITY Series racing events and is the only female team owner in NASCAR who is also a driver, delivers a strong entrepreneurial message everywhere she goes. “My message is always to dream big and never give up,” she wrote in her inaugural column in Think Realty Magazine, which will be available in Barnes & Noble bookstores and online in September. “Doing what I love and the accomplishment I feel outweighs any money I could earn,” she added.
Think Realty’s support for real estate investors throughout the industry and unwavering dedication to empowering as many people as possible through “a real estate of mind” meshed perfectly with Cobb’s determination to impact and improve the broader entrepreneurial community. “We met Jen and immediately knew that we wanted to partner with her,” said Mike Wrenn, CEO of Affinity Worldwide. Cobb agreed, “We have a shared passion for positively impacting the lives of others.” Cobb uses her platform as a NASCAR driver and a consistently high finisher (she holds the highest finish by a woman in any of NASCAR’s top series at the Daytona International Speedway) to make an impact whenever and wherever she can, including through her not-for-profit organization, Driven 2 Honor, a corporation dedicated to honoring, inspiring, and empowering U.S. female military members launched in 2011.
Cobb will be writing a monthly column for Think Realty Magazine as well as appearing at select Think Realty events. She believes that real estate investors, as the consummate entrepreneurs, must always remember to never give up. “My journey has been different than most in NASCAR, but though it I’ve learned the beauty of entrepreneurship,” she said. Real estate investors everywhere, and Think Realty members in particular, can certainly appreciate that sentiment and learn from Cobb’s successes and even her self-described failures. “Every time I’ve fallen, I have gotten back up with breakthroughs that propel me toward success,” she said. “Failure is not final until you give up.”
