Here is my opinion on the current market conditions and what you should look for in the second half of 2015.
What real estate investors should look for in the second half of 2015
Many of the institutional investment companies have already exhausted real estate markets across the East and West Coasts.
Other markets that they have been heavily buying in are Georgia, North Carolina, Texas and Arizona—and recently, Kansas and Missouri.
The upper part of the Midwest is yet to be touched
I encourage all investors to take a closer look at states like Ohio, Michigan and Indiana as they will find some heavily undervalued properties that offer amazing cash flow.
There is less competition in these areas also.
Make sure to always have trusted local market experts on the ground who will act as your eyes and ears, heart and soul.
