Vendor Timeline - Dallas 2019
Booths will be standard table top booths with skirted 6-foot tables. Each booth will be equipped with 2 chairs. Power, wi-fi, and signage is not provided.
We will have a mobile app and each sponsor will be emailed a link in January with directions on how to set up company profiles. We urge you to set up an event-specific promotion or giveaway to increase foot traffic.
We will have a passport game that will drive attendees to each booth for a stamp on their card. Fully stamped cards will be entered into a drawing for $500 cash.
