As a business coach and real estate investor I have process mapped hundreds of processes in real estate. Out of all the processes I have documented the most complex process is by far the Renovation / Fix & Flip process. It has the most people, steps and risk of failure. Do you have a document process from sign agreement though closings, rehab and sale? If so, are you documenting it via a process map or a procedure manual?

For sure I always prefer a documented process as it helps in making the process go easy.

I am planning to buy a home in North Caldwell NJ. I will hire a real estate agent so that the house buying process becomes simple.
