Una sets a new standard for Brickell Waterfront living, with inviting gardens and unrivaled views across Biscayne Bay. The tower will hold 135 residences, ranging in size from 1,100 to 4,786 square feet. Every residence will have its own private elevator entries. Floors 15, 16,17,18, and 37 will have 13-foot ceilings, while all other floors will have 11-foot high ceilings. Every unit will feature stunning views of Biscayne Bay. Living areas and bedrooms are situated along the waterfront providing unobstructed views.
Amenities include a spa and fitness center, three pools, dedicated beauty suite for private services, cinema, kids’ splash pad, a private residents dining/party room, dog-walk area and private marina.
3. ONE RIVER POINT
Developed by KAR Properties, One River Point it’s destined to become a luxury landmark in to the very heart of Miami. Designed by architectural visionary Rafael Viñoly, the twin, 60-story towers rise above a floating podium from which a 85-foot waterfall cascades to a simmering pool below, appearing to flow into the Miami River.
The whole building is a vertical oasis of resort-style living with a-la-carte dining and spa treatments available to order to the 350 residences, which have high ceilings of ten to 12 feet, full-height windows and glass-enclosed terraces. Amenities and services will offer residents an outstanding resort environment: leisure pool, fitness center, event space, children’s activity area, screening rooms, spa, olympic-sized lap pool, business center and pet spa.
