What is the best way to start out investing? Everyone says “start wholesaling, then build from there,” but is that the right path for everyone? What if cash flow is more important? Can you skip a few steps?

To invest in real estate start with basics first identify your niche and then make a plan of action. Your niche can be Small Apartments, Large Apartments, Multi-Family homes, Commercial etc. Once you chose your niche plan a driving strategy and work accordingly.

In the field of real estates, the best way to start investing is to give the retail space for rent which you are having whether it can be for short term rent or long term rentals. Also, it depends upon the type of retail space you are going to rent.
