An editorial published at the end of January 2018 in the Dallas News states that DFW’s housing inventory could easily accommodate the 50,000 new households that Amazon’s new headquarters would bring to the area, which is surprising since Texas A&M University researchers recently released a report indicating that there are only about 2.1 months’ worth of existing-home inventory in the area. New construction numbers are a little better, with about 4 months’ worth, but still, can the housing market absorb that?
Seems to me like a good time to be in new construction. Where are you getting your inventory, your leads?
